Role: Mentor

When: March, 2024 – May, 2024

Martin came to me wanting to make progress in two specific areas: Make a career pivot in the short-term, and begin putting the building blocks in place to scale his remote coaching business.

We met bi-weekly, and prioritized our time primarily within the career pivot, but also ensured we were dedicating time to the highest priority work around the other path as well.

We’d also work asynchronously to review work, answer questions, or whatever else may have been helpful between calls.
